Terms of service

1.     PERFECT-32 reserves the right to improve and amend the web site/ price list without notice. 

2.     PERFECT-32 reserves the right to withdraw or add models without prior notice. 

3.     PERFECT-32 will not take responsibility for the converted models bought by or for children under 14 years of age, as they do not hold the C.E mark and are not toys. 

4.     PERFECT-32 will not take responsibility for damage caused by improper use of models, Models are for display use only and must not be used for play under any circumstances. 

5.     All models are hand built to custom or personal specification to scale 1/32 as per options available on site, therefore models have fragile components which must be taken into care when handling. 

6.     The prices do not include postage and packing. This amount will be displayed on checkout before you proceed to payment. 

7.     Payment is required at time of ordering regardless if items are per-order or in stock. 

8.     All prices and details correct at time of publication and posting. PERFECT-32 reserves the right to amend prices, add or withdraw products without notice. All items are listed in good faith, however temporary stock shortage may affect timely supply. 

9.     Images are only to be used as a guide, exact details and options must be selected in order to meet the customers specifications. Any further requests or information is to be added by the customer in the comments in the shopping cart during checkout. 

10.  All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in the condition that they were in when they were sent. 

11.  Postage will not be refunded. 

12.  Any damages to items must be reported on arrival of the goods, and within 3 days any faulty items will have their return cost of postage refunded. Any damages reported after this time will not be refunded.
